Shipping policy

Domestic Standard Shipping: Orders received by 3:00 p.m. (PST), Monday-Friday, will shipped the the next working day in most cases.
International shipments: Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Domestic Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipments: Orders received by 11:00 a.m. (PST) Monday-Friday, will be shipped the same day in most cases. However, no guarantees are made.

Packages $200 value and over, require recipient signature.

Orders placed on holidays or over the weekend will not process until the following business day.

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.
