Return Policy
All sales are final for international purchases.
Item(s) purchased from Wildrangedenim.com may be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit of the purchase price.
Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, washed, tags removed, broken seals, and must include original tags and accessories upon return.
We are not responsible for any damage to items that have been worn, altered, washed, broken seals, and tags removed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When shipping your return to us, you may use any convenient courier service. Please use a form of shipment that includes full tracking information to confirm receipt of your return. Wildrangedenim.com is not responsible for missing or lost packages. Please note that Wildrangedenim.com would be unable to process refunds or exchanges for merchandise not received.
If an item(s) is shipped incorrectly (i.e. wrong item, color, or size), Wildrangedenim.com will gladly issue a full refund for the purchase price including the shipping cost, if applicable. Please follow the “Return Policy” on the return form. Once we receive the item(s) back, the refund, or replacement will be issued promptly.
Wildrangedenim.com is not liable for any ordering errors made by the customer and will be validated against the original invoice.
Any defective item(s) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If purchased from Wildrangedenim.com, returns of defective item(s) may qualify for a full refund if received within the 30 days under Wildrangedenim.com’s return policy. If the faulty item(s) purchased from Wildrangedenim.com are received after the 30 day return period, returns will only qualify for partial credit or repair at our sole discretion.
Please note the following:- Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
- We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased on www.wildrangedenim
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All sales are final for international purchases.
Refused Shipments
If your shipment is refused and returned to us without prior authorization, we will refund the order value less the round trip shipping cost and any restocking fee we deem appropriate. T
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unused, unaltered, unwashed item(s) with all tags and labels attached for a refund and place a new order. Item must be received in new and salable condition.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, not including weekends.
The credit may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
